The IHG Torchbearer Award is the most prestigious award given by InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) to its hotels. It recognizes hotels that consistently achieve the highest levels of excellence in all aspects of their operations, including quality, customer satisfaction, and guest experience. The award is considered the most significant internal recognition for IHG hotels.
